    take Module

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC) are the most common forms of non-melanoma skin cancers. They have a wide clinical and pathological presentation, and early detection and treatment is vital to reduce the morbidity and mortality associated with these diseases.

In this podcast, our multidisciplinary panel discuss:
    • the pathology and aetiology of SCCs and BCCs
    • when a GP should refer their patient
    • the role of surgery
    • when radiotherapy is indicated in the definitive and adjuvant setting
    • how systemic therapy can play a role in advanced disease.

In addition, the panel review two cases to solidify the learnings.

This podcast is suitable for Medical Oncologists, Surgeons, Dermatologists, GPs, Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
